Suneel Kunfu operates as a B2B supplier only. We cater to businesses, resellers, academies, and organizations. Orders from individual consumers may be declined.
All orders are manufactured as per the client’s provided specifications. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations are accepted.
Prices are based on order quantity, customization level, and materials. Payment terms will be discussed during the order process. Production begins only after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
Standard production time is discussed per order but typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on volume. Delays due to external factors (e.g., material shortage, logistics) will be communicated promptly.
As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or different from the approved sample. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving goods and supported with clear evidence.
All logos, designs, and trademarks provided by clients remain their property. Suneel Kunfu will not use any branding for other purposes without written permission.
